The following information has been passed to me by the family of Reginald Arnold's (RiD1751) daughter.
"Michael Arnold was born on the 15th April 1821 in Swingfield Kent. In 1851 he was an Agricultural Labourer in Charlton, Ken. In 1871 he was a Labourer in Battersea. He appears in the 1881 census at 16 Belfour Street, Battersea, living with his 2nd wife Esther and family. He died of Accute Bronchitis (21 days) and Syncope (3 hours) on the 6th March 1901 at Belfour Street, East Battersea. At the time of his death he was a Labourer at Gas Works.
In 1851 he lived at 139 Tower House (to Barwick Abbey), Charlton, Kent. In 1861 he lived at 5 Market Street, Dover. Im 1871 he lived at 27 Balfour Street, Battersea. In the 1891 census he lived at 4 Balfour St, Battersea.
Michael and Esther Fisher were married on the 12th September 1866 in Christ Church, Battersea - witnesses were Frederick Thomas Arnold and the parish Clerk."
