Marie appears in the 1911 census living with Henry and (her daughter) Juliette at 14 Swinton
Street, St Pancras. Marie is shown as Mother-In-Law to Henry born 1851 in Paris, which explains why I
have not yet been able to find a birth registration for her. I have no reason to think that Maria and Joseph
would have met or married in France, but it may explain the difficulty in finding a marriage registration/date
in England. She is shown as a widow which fits with Joseph's death in 1887.
Are there any experts in French genealogy records out there who could help ? ;-)
