Other Details

It will be noted that the birth of Alice's son, John Henry was registered with he surname Palmer. John's birth was just before the marriage between Alice and William Hearn, but John Henry has not taken "his father's" name, and has instead taken his mother's maiden name. Does this mean that John was not William Hearn's son? Further investigation required.
