Edith and Sidney can be found in the 1939 Register living with Edith's widowed mother at 37, Rapheal Ave, Thurrock, Essex. See Edith Cook-Abbott (RiD 1244) for a copy of the Register. At that time, Edith and Sidney have 2 children, Ronald W Ketley (born 7th March 1928) and Leonard H Ketley (born 26th July 1929). As both of these individuals are "open" on the Register, it is assumed they are both deceased, but until this is proved they are not included as individuals on this site.
